文法解析：
dejected (adj.) 沮喪的、灰心的、氣餒的
例子1： She looked so dejected when she lost the game.
當她輸了比賽時，看起來好沮喪。
catch up 追上、趕上『某個進度、程度』、
這邊catch up 當作能力遠不及其他人，所以需要努力追上其他人
catch up with 除了可以表示追上其他人(的程度)之外，
還有另外一種常用用法，表示敘舊、聚一聚的意思
例子2： We must get together for a catch-up. 我們一定要出來聚聚。
It’s hard because you don’t see improvement day to day.
