【求職英文】五大經典面試問題用英文這樣回答 讓面試官留下好印象！

找工作的時候，如果你尋求的職位要求一定的英文能力，
那免不了英文面試這一關，
今天Engoo要帶你破解常見面試問題：
「你為什麼想來我們公司上班？」

企業願景 Mission and Vision
在各個企業的官方網站上，
你都多半都可以找到about us或mission and vision的頁面，
裡面會寫出企業的核心價值與想到達成的願景，
如果你也認同企業的理念，
那你就可以選擇在“why choose us”的題目上，
説你相當欣賞企業願景、企業的理念與你個人理念一致等回答。
以下以Microsoft 微軟為例：
Before applying for the position, I read Microsoft’s mission and vision:
“Empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more.”
I can clearly see how my personal goals align with the purposes of the company.
There's nothing I love more than when I am working with other engaged individuals towards a common goal,
and that's what excites me about working here.
在申請這個職位之前，我查了微軟的企業願景：「予力全球每一人、每一組織，成就不凡。 」
這樣的企業願景和我個人的目標高度吻合。
我想沒有什麼，可以比和擁有相同價值理念的人一起工作來得更加愉快了，
這也是讓我想要在微軟工作的原因。

福利待遇 Benefit
很多企業都提供非常好的福利待遇，
優於勞基法的年假、教育補助、員工旅遊等等，
這些都可以是吸引你的因素，
你也可以藉機提到自己是在乎 work-life balance的人。
以下以Cisco 思科為例：
I've seen Cisco consistently listed as one of the best companies to work with.
I've read employee testimonials and heard of your enthusiasm for encouraging employee growth through education, training,and vast resources.
I realized the culture here is top-notch and the management supports continuing education and learning on the job.
I would love to join your innovative team, continue to create great work, and grow with the company by learning new skills.
據我所知，Cisco一直都是名列在最佳工作企業前幾名。
我還看了一些員工心得，也聽說貴公司提供大量資源鼓勵員工持續學習、受訓，
且高層支持員工在工作中學習也是公司文化的一部份。
我希望能有機會加入這樣創新的團隊，為組織貢獻，並且跟著公司一起成長。

升遷制度 Promotion
不免俗，很多人找工作就是期待能得到升遷，
這是一種對能力的肯定，也會是生活品質的提升。
如果你所要申請的工作有著明確的內部升遷管道，
那你也可以在“why choose us”提出。
以下以Facebook為例：
Companies with a clear career path for employees are attractive, and it really boosts employee engagement.
Facebook is the best example. I’ve heard that there will be an employee evaluation every six months, which means employees in Facebook have development opportunities twice a year.
I think getting promoted is the motivation for most people.
Therefore, a transparent interior career path on Facebook is the most important thing for me.
擁有明確升遷制度的企業無疑是吸引人的，
同時還能促使員工更加積極Facebook就是很好的例子。
我聽說在Facbook每六個月就有一次員工績效考核，
這代表每年有兩次升遷的機會。
我想很多人工作的動力就是能夠得到升遷，
所以Facebook透明的內部升遷制度對我來說非常重要。

職涯規劃 Career Path
上一個升遷制度和這個職涯規劃有什麼不同？
簡單來說，升遷制度是指公司內部，
是指可以從marketing specialist，
升職成senior marketing specialist，再到marketing lead這種。
而職涯規劃則是指個人對自己的職涯的藍圖，
可能是先在agency做PR specialist，
再到企業做in-house的senior PR specialist這種。
當你對自己的職業生涯有著明確的規劃，
你可以藉由回答“why choose us”提出來。
如果可以的話，順便說自己的短期、中長期目標，
或是分享你想像中的career path是怎樣也很好，
面試官或許能夠告訴你業界實際的情況，
以及你能不能在該公司得到你想要的東西。
以下以Google為例：
Google is internationally known for the technology products it creates.
There is no doubt that I could develop expertise and foster knowledge here, which would help me continually grow.
As a result, working as a research and development specialist in a leading company like Google is necessary for my personal career path.
I am really eager to devote myself to the organization and learn the know-how from the best team.
Google推出的相關科技產品向來享譽國際，能在這裡工作，
自身的專業技能知識無疑能夠快速提升，也能讓我持續成長。
因此，在像是Google這樣業界龍頭公司擔任研發人員，
也是我個人職涯規劃不可或缺的一部分。
我非常渴望能為組織貢獻，並且從團隊中學習更多的專業技能。

組織知名度 Reputation
如果你要申請的企業是一家大公司，
並且你做過功課，瞭解它在業界的名望，
那以組織知名度來回答也是還不錯的答案。
如果你能更具體指出相關數字會更好，
像是某樣產品市佔第一名、去年○○產品拿下ＸＸ獎等等。
以下以Apple 蘋果為例：
Without a doubt, Apple is a multinational enterprise.
I’ve heard of the reputation in the industry, and I would be proud to work for a company with such an excellent track record and a strong example of leadership in the industry.
Also, I saw that last year you won multiple awards for the new product you designed, and I would love to be on a team that is collaborative, brilliant, and innovative.
I think that I would fit in with the team here to make an immediate impact.
Apple無疑是一家跨國大企業。我聽聞貴公司在業界的名望，
能在擁有多項傲人成績，同時也是業界領先指標的Apple工作，
我一定會為此感到自豪。同時，去年蘋果設計的產品也拿下多項大獎，
我非常渴望能加入擅長協作、聰明，且具創造性的團隊。
我一定能迅速融入團隊，並發揮即戰力。
