在這裡，a wish your heart makes 是倒裝，就是說這個願望，是你心中許下的。
原本的句子應該是 your heart makes a wish， 就是你心中許下了一個願望，但是因為現在把願望當成主詞，所以就需要把形容的部分移到後端，成了a wish your heart makes！
