【英文口說】不怕一萬，只怕萬一！不管怎樣都要學起來的英文緊急用語！

不管是出國旅遊還是工作讀書，最怕的就是一個萬一，萬一遇到危險或緊急狀況，不知道要怎麼辦的時候，與其浪費時間比手畫腳，不如趁現在把這些實用的緊急用語學起來！
這次 engoo 整理了幾個緊急情況的對話，以及一些出國前的注意事項，讓你出國在外不再溝通不良。
大家應該都有學過 SOS 和 help，這兩個就是最基本的緊急英文單字，只要大喊 help，大家就知道你需要幫助。
但是如果在不適合大叫 help 的情況下，可以說這幾句話：
- Please help me. 拜託幫幫我。
- I need help. 我需要幫忙。
- I’m in trouble. 我有麻煩了。
- Is there anyone who can help me? 有任何人可以幫我嗎？
- Please find someone who can speak Mandarin/Chinese for me. 請幫我找一個會中文的人。
- I don’t speak English well. Can you speak slowly? 我的英文不太好，可以說慢一點嗎？
如果遇到搶劫、偷竊等事件，或是需要警察、救護人員的協助，可以說：
- Can you call the police for me? 可以麻煩幫我報警嗎？
- Please call an ambulance. 請幫我叫救護車。
- Please call a fire truck. 請幫我叫消防車。
想表示錢財被偷，只需要大喊 “stolen（被偷）” 或是 “theif（小偷）”，基本上大家就知道發生什麼事了，不過我們也可以這樣說：
- Somebody, stop him! 來人啊！快抓住他！
- I need to report a crime/theft. 我要報案。
- My wallet/phone was stolen. 我的錢包／手機被偷了。
- Somebody picked my pocket. 有人偷走我了錢包。
- My credit card got skimmed. 我的信用卡被盜了。
- A burglar broke into my house. 有竊賊闖入我家。
- Somebody broke into my car. 有人破窗進入了我的車。
- Someone snatched my purse on the street. 有人在大街上搶了我的包包。
- I got scammed. 我被詐騙了。
以上的幾句話也可在向警察說明情況時使用，但最好是描述出小偷的長相或案發地點，這樣才能讓警察有頭緒。
有些時候我們會選擇自駕遊，如果真的不幸遇到車禍就可以使用以下幾句話：
- I had a car accident. 我出車禍了。
- I ran the car into a lamppost. 我開車撞到了路燈。
- I was hit by a car. 我被車撞了。
- My car broke down on the highway. 我的車在高速公路上拋錨了。
- I need some roadside assistance. 我需要道路救援。
- My tire blew out on the way. 我的車子在路上爆胎了。
出國難免想要體驗當地生活，不過畢竟身在國外，真的遇到犯罪事件的話，學會一些表達方式可以讓我們搞清楚狀況，避免更多的危險！
以下幾種能夠想像的情況，英文可以這樣說：
- A drunk hit me. 有個醉漢打我。
- My son/daughter was kidnapped. 我的兒子/女兒被綁架了。
- I was shot. / I got shot. 我中槍／彈了。
- A murder has happened near my place. 我家附近發生了一起謀殺案。
- The airplane has been hijacked. 那架飛機被劫持了。
每個地方的氣候、地勢各有不同，我們也不知道天災什麼時候降臨，為了以防萬一，學會這些表達方式，我們同時可以保護自己，也提醒他人：
- Earthquake! 地震！
- Get under the tables! 快躲到桌子底下！
- A tsunami is coming! 海嘯來了！
- Escape to a higher land! 快往高處逃！
- Hurricane is coming! 龍捲風來了！
- My house collapsed in the storm. 我家在風暴中倒塌了。
- The landslide swept away houses. 房子因山崩而被沖走了。
- There was a bad flood after the typhoon. 颱風過後造成嚴重的洪水。
- A man/woman is drowning. 有個男的/女的溺水了。
- An avalanche! 雪崩了！
- A volcano is erupting! 火山噴發了！
- Fire! 失火了！
- Hand me the fire extinguisher. 快拿滅火器給我。
- Put out the fire! 快滅火！
- Be careful not to inhale smoke. 小心不要吸入煙。
- Lightning struck my house. 我家被雷擊中了。
- An explosion took place at a factory. 有間工廠發生了爆炸。
- Get away from the window! 遠離窗戶！

有時候看到別人需要幫助，但是語言不通真的會很著急，這幾句話可以讓我們順利地伸出援手：
- Are you in trouble? 你遇到麻煩了嗎？
- Should I call the police? 需要幫你叫警察嗎？
- Are you ok? 你還好嗎？
- Watch out! 小心！
不過我們在遇到問題時千萬不能著急或恐慌，冷靜下來尋求幫忙、記下重要資訊。
出發前可以記下這些個人資訊：
- passport number 護照號碼
- flight number and airline’s customer service phone/email 航班編號／航空公司客服聯絡方式
- credit card last 4 digits 信用卡後四碼
- travel insurance policy number and insurer contact 旅遊險的保單號碼和保險公司的聯絡資訊
- phone numbers for family/emergency contacts 家人或緊急聯絡人的手機號碼
以下幾句話適用於不幸降臨時：
- My passport was stolen. 我的護照被偷了。
- Could you have my credit card frozen? 可以凍結我的信用卡嗎？
- I’d like to file a travel insurance claim. 我想申請旅遊保險理賠。
- I would like to ask whether my travel insurance covers compensation for lost luggage, and how I should proceed with a claim. 我想詢問我的旅遊險有包含行李遺失的賠償嗎？還有我應該怎麼申報？
- My luggage has been damaged. Could you issue me a Property Irregularity Report (PIR), please? 我的行李遺失了，可以請你給我行李事故報告嗎？
行李遭到損壞或遺失，除了拍照存證，向航空公司索取「Property Irregularity Report (PIR) 行李事故報告」非常重要，如果日後要向保險公司要求索賠，這份資料絕對要有！
到了當地也一定要知道報警電話或救援電話，對於外國人來說更重要的是大使館或辦事處的地址與聯絡方式，這樣護照被偷或是發生什麼事也知道去哪裡求救！
