【新手指南】線上課程遇到這幾種技術問題 如何和老師說明？

線上課程固然方便，
不過難免會遇到網路怪怪的時候，
而導致課程進行中有小狀況，
這種時候如果能用英文適時的和老師反應，
就能讓老師掌握你的狀況，比較知道怎麼應對！
如果是網路連線出現問題，則可以參考下列這篇的內容：
「老師，我先重新整理一下頁面。」
“Sorry, Hannah (tutor's name). I'd like to reload the page. A moment, please.”
「抱歉，Hannah（老師的名字）。我想要重整頁面，請稍等我一下。」
“Sorry, Hannah (tutor's name). It seems that I'll need to reload the page. Hold on, please!”
「抱歉，Hannah（老師的名字）。我好像需要重整頁面，請等我一下！」
「老師，我看不到你的畫面」（學生端）
"Jason (tutor's name), I cannot see you now."
「Jason（老師的名字），我現在看不到你。」
"I can see you, but it's a little bit blurred.
「我看得到你，但是畫面有點糊。」
「老師，我聽不到你的聲音」（學生端）
"Jason (tutor's name), I cannot hear you."
「Jason（老師的名字），我聽不到你。」
"I can hear you, but you sound a little choppy on my side."
「我聽得到你，但你的聲音有點卡。」
老師看（聽）不到自己（學生的回應）
"Let me reload the page and see if it gets better. Wait a moment, please."
「我重整一下頁面，看看會不會比較好。請等我一下。」
"I just reloaded the page. What about now?"
「我剛重整頁面，現在呢？」
"I've reopened the page with another web browser. How's now?"
「我用其他瀏覽器重新開頁面了，現在怎麼樣呢？」
「現在可以了嗎？」
"Is it good/ok now?"
「現在可以了嗎？」
"Is it better now?"
「現在有比較好嗎？」
「連結打不開。」
"I'm having trouble loading the link."
"I cannot open the link."
「檔案打不開。」
"I cannot open the file."
