peek 窺、偷看 / peak 高點；山頂
peek可以當成動詞也可以作為名詞，
動詞時意思是「偷窺、窺視」，
後面可以搭配的介係詞有peek at/through/into
peek也可以當成名詞，
固定的用法是take a peek，意為匆匆一瞥。
【例句】
He took a quick peek at the list and crossed some items.
他很快掃過清單，並且劃掉一些項目。

A glisten moon has peeked out from thin clouds on a beautiful night.
一輪明月在一個美麗的夜晚裡，從薄薄的雲層中探出頭來。
peak則是「高點、山頂」的意思，
除了最常見的名詞之外，peak也可以是形容詞或動詞，
意思是「高峰的」或「到達最大值」。

whine當動詞的時候，意思是「抱怨」，
同義詞你可以想像成moan，
可以用whine about + 事情，意思是抱怨某事。
whine也可以是指「哀鳴、哀嚎」。

fair可以說一個人皮膚白皙，或是頭髮顏色很淺（指金色）。

在形容天氣的時候，你也可以說fair，意思是晴朗的。
