挪威在十六強賽擊退巴西，以黑馬之姿晉級下一輪淘汰賽，除了球場上亮眼的表現，挪威賽後的慶祝方式，相信應該讓不少人印象深刻，甚至連巴西球迷都特別留下來，只為親眼目睹這獨特的「維京划船」儀式。

挪威的足球代表隊又暱稱為「維京海盜」，也就是北歐歷史上著名的那群強悍無畏的海盜； “Norwegian” 為挪威的形容詞形式，可指挪威的人或語言等。

Viking Row Celebration 維京划船慶祝

The Norwegian "Viking Row" celebration was created by a Norwegian superfan named Ole Frøystad. It symbolizes a Viking crew rowing into battle. Just as ancient Norse sailors pulled in their sails and rowed their longships synchronously before an engagement, players and fans move in perfect harmony to show they are fighting together as one unit. 挪威「維京划船」慶祝儀式是由挪威超級球迷 Ole Frøystad 所創，這個慶祝動作就像維京海盜船員划槳衝往戰場，正如古代北歐水手在交戰前收起船帆、齊力划動長船一般，球員與球迷也以完美協調的動作，展現他們萬眾一心、並肩作戰的精神。

When Norway was on the cusp of qualifying for this World Cup, its first since 1998, Frøystad started thinking about a chant to take to the tournament.
"[I thought] we need something with culture, showing where we're from," he said. "And then I wanted something Viking-ish, something hard.
"And just a light bulb came on. And I realised [ro] means rowing. And it has a cool movement. And I was just like, oh my gosh, this is the chant." (ABC News, July 5 2026)
當挪威自 1998年以來終於有望晉級世界盃之際，Frøystad 開始構思能用在賽事上的慶祝口號。
「（我當時想）我們需要能展現文化的口號，才能彰顯我們出身之地。」他這麼說道「然後我還想要這慶祝口號帶有維京風格、氣勢強悍點。」
「接著我靈光乍現，想起來 “ro” 就是划船的意思，而且划船的動作也很酷，我就覺得，我的天，就是這個了！」
On the cusp of 處於…的邊緣
“Cusp” 為「分界線」之意，這句片語形容人事物處於重大轉變的邊緣，就快要發生。

Chant 吶喊、口號
