My name is Kay and I was born in rural Jamaica where I lived for several years, after which I relocated to the urban side of Jamaica. I graduated from the Eltham High School where I studied various subjects including English. I am a fun and loving person who is extremely goal oriented. I enjoy setting goals and ticking them off my list as I accomplish them. My hobbies are reading, writing, listening to music, and weightlifting. I enjoy writing my personal diary and writing notes about the books I read. I also like to write about my life experiences. One such experience was participating in a bodybuilding contest and stepping on a stage for the first time in front of a group of strangers. I was able to overcome stage fright and showcase my talent. I was able to move past my fears and I managed to accomplish my goal.
