上課有禮貌詢問是否能拍照。只要簡單回答yes or no，我們就能明白意思的，也會尊重老師的意願的。 但溝通過程全程使用艱難的英文用詞，並且全程沒有笑容還很兇的表情，雖然聽不懂英文，但能感受對方語氣明顯不禮貌。 後續上課對孩子口氣也很不好，沒耐性。 明明特別找「兒童」的老師，就是希望老師是會和孩子互動喜歡英文。 但上課對話中，孩子不懂英文，我們也只會使用「not understand 」這個單字，老師從我們的表情和口語應該知道我們是不懂的，但也不願意協助，只有板著臉坐著。 我們只能很無助的一直用翻釋試圖理解老師想表達什麼，過程浪費很多時間，也浪費我們寶貴的一堂課。 重點孩子的體驗很糟, 對跟外國人說話更沒信心和勇氣了。
